Northgate Primary School PTA will be holding their Summer Barbecue & Fair on Thursday 4th July 2024 between 5pm and 7pm.

  • Pick & Mix Stall
  • Refreshments Stall
  • On Your Bike
  • Young Somerset

We are inviting local people to sell goods via their own stalls.  If you would like to attend the event, please complete the form below and submit your payment.

By completing this booking form and making payment you agree to our Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

1. Booking forms need to be returned by Thursday 27th June 2024 at the latest with full payment. No payment can be taken at the event and no refunds can be offered if you are unable to attend the event after booking, unless cancelled by Thursday 27th June 2024.

2. No discount will be applied for supplying your own table. Any additional space you may require must be agreed prior to the event, please note there may be a cost attributed to this. You are more than welcome to bring a gazebo but please be aware you will need weights to hold it down.

3. No access to power can be provided.

4. If your stock includes toys there must be no toy weapons, fire crackers or similar and all age restrictions must be abided by.

5. On the evening of the event please make sure you arrive between 4pm – 4.30pm and are set up in time for the event opening at 5pm.

6. This event is completely organised by volunteers. The PTA will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any of our volunteers.

8. If you choose break any of the above terms and conditions at the event, you will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.

We store your business name and contact information after the event has finished. You will remain on our database after the event so that we may contact you as new events are booked into our calendar that we think may be of interest to you.  If you would like to have your information deleted after the event please let us know by emailing us.
